Rebecca Dolan

MEMBERSHIPS

Rebecca completed a Bachelor of Laws from Curtin University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in June 2023.

Prior to being admitted to practice Rebecca worked as a paralegal and later a Law Graduate exclusively in family law matters, where she developed her interest in the area. After being admitted Rebecca worked for a short time in administrative law where she broadened her legal knowledge and advocacy skills, before returning to family law and joining O’Sullivan Davies in May 2025.

During her time in family law, Rebecca has worked on a broad range of family law matters, including both property and parenting matters, for individuals and third parties to disputes.

Rebecca’s enjoyment of and passion for family law stems from the human element involved in the area, which affords her the opportunity to deliver strategic legal advice in a compassionate manner.  She finds it particularly rewarding to support clients to navigate what can be a complex and challenging legal system.

Rebecca has been an active member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia, and is also a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
