Hayley has been a dedicated family law practitioner since her admission to the legal profession in 2011. She is deeply committed to building strong, supportive relationships with her clients, empowering them through the legal process, and striving for positive outcomes.

With extensive experience in all facets of family law, Hayley regularly appears in the Family Court. Hayley has expertise in cases involving divorce, both simple and complex property settlements, child support, and a wide array of parenting disputes. Hayley is particularly adept at assisting families affected by family violence and is committed to continually enhancing her advocacy skills to better serve these clients.

With a strategic, goal-focused approach, Hayley ensures her clients are well-informed from the outset. She helps them navigate difficult decisions by providing clear options and expected outcomes. Her clients often commend her for her empathetic, clear guidance and the trust she fosters throughout the legal process.

Hayley graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, in which she majored in Politics and Journalism. Hayley was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2011. She furthered her expertise by studying a Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) in 2019 and graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the College of Law Australia.

Outside of her professional life, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her cherished chocolate Labrador.
