LAW GRADUATE

Elena Scullen-Howe

Elena recently completed her Bachelor of Laws at Curtin University. During her study, Elena gained practical experience in family law, discrimination law, and small business claims. She enjoyed participating in university competitions, placing first in the Curtin Student Law Society’s Defamation Essay Competition.

She has always been drawn to building community, being awarded the Curtin Student Law Society’s President’s Award for Outstanding Leadership for her commitment to access to justice and Curtin University’s Julia Gillard Women in Leadership Scholarship for her academic achievement and community service. This same passion led her to a career in family law.

Elena is drawn to the personal nature of family law, appreciating the opportunity to support people in a very challenging time of their life. She recognises the heavy impact family law disputes carry and seeks to help clients through each step with empathy and care.

Elena spends her spare time burying her nose in a good book or enjoying a coffee in the sunshine.
