Anthony Worrall

MEMBERSHIPS

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia. During his studies, Anthony was awarded first place in the University of Western Australia’s 2018 Ashurst Client Interview Competition.

Anthony worked as a paralegal volunteer in community legal centres since 2017 and as a legal analyst at a global law firm. He joined O’Sullivan Davies in June 2021 to pursue his passion for family law.

Anthony was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in October 2020. He is currently a member of the Law Society of WA, the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Anthony has been a valued member of O’Sullivan Davies for over five years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia and has consistently demonstrated excellence in his legal practice, being recognised for the same as a Rising Star in Doyle’s Guide for 2026.

Anthony chose to pursue a career in family law because he believes it is leading the legal industry in terms of demanding a more nuanced approach to assisting clients. As family law matters concern a broad range of personal areas in people’s lives, clients require personalised service and family lawyers able to resolve issues in a cooperative and cost-effective manner. His favourite aspect of family law is the uniquely demanding nature of matters, the holistic approach required to deliver effective solutions to clients without exacerbating conflict, and when litigation is unavoidable, advocating passionately for clients in contested matters before the Family Court of Western Australia.

He has had experience in dealing with nearly all areas of family law practice, including complex property settlement matters, high-conflict parenting matters, Hague Convention proceedings, as well as the drafting of financial agreements both before and after separation.
