The pandemic, self-isolation, quarantine or lock down do not stop your Family Court matter progressing. So even though you may be cooped up at home, your obligation to provide relevant disclosure is an ongoing requirement.
Please keep in mind that you should continue to provide copies of the following relevant documents to us:
Your Individual Documents
Taxation Returns
Notices of Assessment
Superannuation Statements
Bank Statements (every 2 months)
In the event of sale or disposal of assets, supporting documents to show what was sold, when and how the proceeds were applied
Market appraisals
For Companies / Trusts / Businesses / Partnerships / Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (including any amendments to the below)
Company Constitution
Financial Statements and Tax Returns
Annual returns
Trust Deed
Partnership Agreement
BAS – as you do them
Superannuation Trust Deed
Please scan hard copy documents and email them through.
Send electronic documents to us such as bank statements
Request documents be provided to you electronically from your superfund, ATO, employer or accountant
If volume is an issue please email us and we will set up a secure document sharing link
