Sarah Bannister

MEMBERSHIPS

Sarah graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2011 and completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with Distinction through the Australian National University in 2012. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2012 and the High Court of Australia in 2017.

Following Sarah’s admission to practice, she worked as an Associate in the District Court of South Australia in the civil and criminal jurisdictions before dedicating her practice to family law across Western Australia and South Australia.

Sarah has experience across all aspects of family law. She takes pride in providing clients with strategic legal advice tailored to their situation, which arms them to navigate what is often one of the most challenging times in their lives

Sarah is based in Adelaide and works remotely for O’Sullivan Davies, enjoying regular trips to Perth.
