MEMBERSHIPS

Marina graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction, and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting). She also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in November 2022 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in December 2022.

Marina’s legal career began during her second year of university at a boutique law firm, assisting clients with all aspects of their family law matters. Marina joined O’Sullivan Davies in February 2021.

In practice, Marina sees it as a privilege to hear people’s stories and assist clients during a very challenging time in their lives. She recognises that every client is unique, hence she takes a different approach to each client, thinking outside the box to find creative solutions that meet the needs of each client whilst she assists them in navigating the complexities of family law.

Marina is a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia and Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
