Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and postgraduate qualifications in Psychological Interventions. She has extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, helping them navigate challenges and maintain focus on their goals.

With experience building and managing her own business, Laura brings strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills to her role.

As Client Engagement Liaison, Laura ensures the client–lawyer relationship remains open, positive, and productive. She follows up with clients to monitor progress, address concerns, and uphold O’Sullivan Davies’ high standards of service.
