Andrew Davies is a highly accomplished family law professional with more than four decades of experience in the field. As an Accredited Family Law Specialist, accredited mediator, and accredited specialist arbitrator, he has developed remarkable credentials in assisting clients with their family law matters. His legal expertise is a testament to his commitment to the field.
Andrew is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Western Australia, where he earned a Bachelors of Jurisprudence and Laws. He is duly admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia, further reinforcing his legal standing.
With a distinct focus on property settlements, financial agreements, and international family law, Andrew provides his expertise to clients across various countries outside of Australia, including New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, South Africa, the UK, and the USA. He is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) with the Commonwealth Attorney General’s Department.

Andrew is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) and has previously held executive positions within the organisation. He has also chaired the Family Law & Family Rights Section of LAWASIA and recently stepped down as the Chair of the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators (AIFLAM).
Andrew’s commitment to professional development extends to his membership in the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), where he serves on the executive committee of the Western Australia Chapter.
