Why “radical” is not a dirty word in family law reform

5 November 2019

The President of the Law Council of Australia, Arthur Moses SC, delivered an important speech last week entitled ‘Why “radical” is not a dirty word in family law reform‘.

It has received front page media in national broadsheets including The Age and the Sydney Morning Herald.

In it he says

This means sufficient funding for family violence support services, proper legal assistance funding for those in need and adequate funding to ensure Australian children and families are not waiting for three or more years for justice.
