Milla Griffiths

MEMBERSHIPS

Milla completed a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University in 2022 and was admitted in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in August 2023.

Prior to being admitted to practice Milla worked as a Personal Assistant and later a Graduate Law Clerk, where she assisted in primarily family law matters. Through this role, Milla developed a passion for family law and a particular interest in property matters, and as a result Milla has worked as a family lawyer since her admission and joined O’Sullivan Davies in November 2024.

Milla finds fulfilment in family law, as compassion and understanding are just as essential as legal expertise. Milla believes that building relationships allows her to provide personalised support, empowering clients to navigate life’s complexities with peace of mind.

Milla is a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia, the Law Society of Western Australia and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
