Abigail Eastep

Abigail graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Bachelor of International Law in 2020. Following this, she completed her Master’s in Business, Law and Administration from the University of Law in 2021.In 2023, Abigail relocated to Perth and is currently studying her Master’s in Legal Practice at the University of Western Australia which she will complete in 2024. She will then undergo her Practical Legal Training (PLT).

Abigail is an experienced paralegal, she worked at a firm specialising in family law in the UK prior to her relocation to Perth. Abigail is committed to pursuing family law as a speciality. Abigail enjoys family law because she believes she can make a real difference in a person’s life. Abigail recognises that family law proceedings can be an intimidating and overwhelming process. She values being able to assist clients during this time in their lives. Abigail finds it rewarding to work with clients until the end of their case with the goal of securing a favourable outcome for her clients. Abigail approaches each client with empathy and understanding.

Outside of work, Abigail has volunteered at the Nottingham Refugee Forum and Nottingham Trent Pro-Bono Legal Advice Clinic in the UK. Abigail enjoys actively giving back to the community. Outside of the office, Abigail enjoys running, surfing and camping. She is also a keen traveller having lived in 5 countries and travelled to over 20 countries in Europe and South East Asia. Abigail enjoys immersing herself in different cultures.
