We have a high success rate of clerkship applicants becoming graduates and fulfilling a long-term career in Family Law with OSD.
During your clerkship you will experience life at OSD first hand. Our Clerkship program will actively engage you in dealing with our diverse base of Clients, allowing you to become the face of OSD.

Whilst the Vacation Clerkship is an integral part of the graduate recruitment process, we will accept articled clerkship applications from those who have not clerked at OSD.

Applications will be reviewed, interviews scheduled and held between Monday, 29 March 2010 and Friday, 23 April 2010. We will make offers to successful applicants after 9am on Wednesday, 28 April 2010 and we will hold them open for two (2) hours.
Summer Clerkships 2010/2011 - Important Dates:
Applications open: Monday, 9 August 2010
Applications close: Friday, 20 August 2010
Applications will be reviewed, interviews scheduled and held between Monday, 23 August 2010 and Friday, 24 September 2010. We will make offers to successful applicants after 9am on Wednesday, 29 September 2010 and we will hold them open for two (2) hours.
Articled Clerkships
Articled Clerkship 2011 - Important Dates:
Applications open: Monday, 5 July 2010
Applications close: Friday, 6 August 2010
Applications will be reviewed, interviews scheduled and held between Monday, 9 August 2010 and Friday, 3 September 2010. We will make offers to successful applicants after 9am on Wednesday, 8 September 2010 and we will hold them open until 5:00 pm on Thursday, 9 September 2010.

will have studied Family Law at University
